The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, said that true knowledge paves the way for the welfare of the
nation, society and the entire humanity. He noted that it is important that our knowledge and actions
become a source of inspiration for all humankind.
The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit Subhashitam-
“आा शुः सदा नत्यः सुखरूपः स्वयम्प्रभः।
अानान्मलनो भात ानाुो भवत्ययम ।् । ”
The Subhashitam conveys that the the Ātman is by nature always pure, eternal, blissful, and self-luminous.
However, because of ignorance, it appears impure; through true knowledge, it once again reveals its pure
nature.
