The Principal Controller of Communication Accounts, Department of Telecommunications (DoT), is organizing Telecom Pensioners Jeevan Praman Camps across Delhi & NCR during November 2025. The camps will be held at the following locations:

2. MTNL Exchange Building, Rohini Sector-3, Delhi on 12.11.2025
3. MTNL Exchange Building, Delhi Cantt, New Delhi on 13.11.2025
4. MTNL Exchange Building, Janak Puri, New Delhi on 14.11.2025
5. MTNL Exchange Building, Hauz Khas, New Delhi on 17.11.2025
6. CMC, BSNL Exchange Building Sector-12 Gurugram, Haryana on 18.11.2025
7. BSNL Exchange Building Sector-19 Noida, UP on 19.11.2025
8. MTNL Exchange Building Rajouri Garden New Delhi on 20.11.2025
9. ALT Center Ghaziabad, Uttr Pradesh on 21.11.2025
10. MTL Exchange Building Najafgarh, Delhi on 24.11.2025
The camps will be open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Facilities available at the camps include training for submitting Digital Life Certificates at www.jeevanpramaan.gov.in, training for the Jeevan Praman Face Authentication application, submission of KYP forms (bring one photograph and a copy of your Aadhar Card), and grievance/query submission. Pensioners who have already submitted their life certificate need not attend. The address for the Pr. CCA Delhi office is Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan, Prasad Nagar, New Delhi-110005, and the Extn. Counter is located at Eastern Court Janpath, New Delhi.

Principal Controller of Communication Accounts, Department of Telecom (DoT) is organizing
Telecom Pensioners Jeevan Praman Camps during the month of November, 2025 in the premises O/o
Pr. CCA Delhi, Delhi Sanchar Lekha Bhawan, Prasad Nagar, New Delhi-110005, Extn. Counter at
Eastern Court Janpath, New Delhi and premises of MTNL/BSNL at various locations across Delhi &
NCR for the convenience of Pensioners.
Pensioners are requested to attend these camps and avail facilities as per their convenience along with
relevant documents on the spot verification of Life Certificate.
