Courts Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital
of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, hereby appoints Mr. Sanjay Sharma-I, Officer
of Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date
he takes over.
