No. DHE 4(68)/SFRC/14-15/1947-1960.—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007 (Delhi Act 8 of 2007), the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi constituted a State Fee Regulatory Committee vide notification no. F.DHE (45)/2007-08/6962 dated the 1st February, 2013 for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the smooth functioning assigned to it in the said Act. The said committee has submitted its report for the period of 2013-16. Further, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has decided that the fee proposed for the academic years 2013-16 by the State Fee Regulatory Committee, be notified for the academic year 2016-17. Now, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections (3) and (13) of section 6 of the said Act, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby notify that the proposed fees for the academic years, 2013-16 given by the State Fee Regulatory Committee, be implemented for the fresh admission for the academic year of 2016-17.
