There were 132 port state inspections in April to June'19. The maximum number of inspections, that is 43,
constituting about of 32.57ohtotal inspections were conducted by chennai.

477B. FLAG STATE INSPECTIONS OF INDIAN FLAG VESSELS
a) There rvere ll3 Flag state inspections in April to June'2019. The maximum numbers of inspections, that is,33
constituting abour 28.90%o of total inspections were condtrcted by MMD Kandla.
b) In April to June'2019 there were three detentions. The Average Deficiency index is 5.gl & Nil Deficierrcy Rate
is I1.40%

(i) Vishva Vijeta : DPA was called in person to submit root cause analysis. Preventive and Corrective actions
submitted by the Owners and as approved by IRS was found to be in order.
(ii) Gem of Ennore: Master, Chief Engineer and Altemate DPA were called in person to submit root cause
analysis. Preventive and Corrective actions submitted by the Owners and as approved by IRS was found to be
in order.
