PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi, the 4th March, 2020
S.O. 962(E).— Public Notice vide SO 4587 (E) dated 21.12.2019 was earlier published for change of
landuse regarding the Plot No. 1 located on Church Road near DTC, Central Secretariat Bus Terminal, New
Delhi from ‘Transportation’ (Bus Terminal/Parking) and ‘Recreational’ (Neighborhood Play area) to
‘Government Office’. Subsequently, Land & Development Office, MoHUA vide letter dated 30.01.2020 has
requested DDA to modify the proposal of change the land use of Plot No. 1 to ‘Residential’ instead of
‘Government office’.
As a follow up, Authority in its meeting held on 10.02.2020 considered the proposal vide item No.
18/2020 and decided that ‘a public notice shall be issued for change of land use for plot number 01 from
‘Transportation’ (Bus Terminal/parking) and ‘Recreational’ to ‘Residential’ and to be processed under Section
11-A of DD Act 1957.’
The following modification which the Delhi Development Authority / Central Government proposes to
make to the Master Plan-2021 /Zonal Development Plan of Zone ‘D’ under Section 11-A of DD Act, 1957, is
hereby published for public information. Any person having any objection/suggestion with respect to the
proposed modification may send the objection / suggestion in writing to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary,
Delhi Development Authority, ‘B’ Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi-110023 within a period of thirty (30) days
from the date of this Public Notice. The person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her
name and address in addition to telephone No. / contact number and e-mail ID which should be legible.
