L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-09082024-256205 CG-DxLx-xEG-I0D9H0x8x2x0 24-256205 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3061] नई दिल्ली, बृहस्ट्प जतिार, अगस्ट्त 8, 2024/ श्रािण 17, 1946 No. 3061] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, AUGUST 8, 2024/ SHRAVANA 17, 1946 जिक्षा मत्रं ालय (उच्च तर जिक्षा जिभाग) अधिसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 8 अगस्ट् त, 2024 का.आ. 3211(अ).—िास्ट्तुजिि अजधजनयम, 1972 (1972 का 20) की धारा 15 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, पररषि के परामि श के पश्चात, भारत सरकार के रािपत्र असाधारण, भाग-II, खडं 3, उपखंड (i) म ें दिनांक 21 फरिरी, 1973 को प्रकाजित तत्क ालीन जिक्षा और समाि कल् याण मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या सा.का.जन. 68(अ), दिनांक 21 फरिरी, 1973 का और संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्न जलजखत सिं ोधन करती ह,ै अर्ाशत:- उक्त अजधसूचना म,ें- (क) िीषशक “यू.एस.ए.” के अंतगशत, क्रम संख्या 8(ख) म,ें प्रजिजि क्रम संख्या 36 के पश्चात ् जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजि अंतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, नामत:— “37” िजक्षणी कैजलफोर्नशया इंस्ट्टीट्यूट ऑफ आर्कशटेक्चर (एससीआई-आकश), लॉस एंजिल्स, यएू सए द्वारा प्रिान की िाने िाली मास्ट्टर ऑफ आर्कशटेक्चर 2 जडग्री। 5010 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (ख) िीषशक “यूएई” के अतं गतश क्रम संख्या 16 को “16(1)” के रूप म ें पुनःसंख्यांदकत दकया िाएगा और इस प्रकार पुनःसंख्यांदकत क्रम संख्या 16(1) के पश्चात ्जनम्नजलजखत प्रजिजि अतःस्ट्र्ाजपत की िाएगी, अर्ाशत्;- “(2) िबु ई, यूएई में जस्ट्र्त अमेररकी जिश्वजिद्यालय द्वारा प्रिान की िाने िाली िास्ट्तुकला स्नातक की जडग्री।” 2. यह अजधसूचना अजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इसके प्रकािन की जतजर् स ेलाग ू होगी। [फा. स.ं 4-32/2021-टीएस.VI] सौम्या गुप् ता, संयुक् त सजचि ध्य ानार्-श मलू अजधसूचना भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) म ें दिनांक 21 फरिरी, 1973 संख्या सा.का.जन. 68(अ) और अंजतम बार संिोधन दिनांक 10 निम्बर, 2020 की संख्या का.आ. 4038(अ) के तहत प्रकाजित की गई र्ी। MINISTRY OF EDUCATION (Department of Higher Education) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th August, 2024 S.O. 3211(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Architects Act, 1972 (20 of 1972), the Central Government, after consultation with the Council, hereby makes the following amendments further to amend the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Education and Social Welfare, number G.S.R. 68(E), dated the 21st February, 1973, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), dated the 21st February, 1973, namely:— In the said notification,- (a) under the heading “U.S.A.”, in serial number 8(b), after entry number 36, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:— “37. Master of Architecture 2, awarded by the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), Los Angeles, USA.”; (b) under the heading “UAE” the serial number 16 shall be renumbered as “16(1)” thereof and after serial number 16(1) as so renumbered, the following entry shall be inserted, namely;- “(2) Bachelor of Architecture awarded by the American University in Dubai, UAE.” 2.
