या (ख) जिसने अपन ेपजत या पत्नी के िीजवत रहत ेहुए दकसी व्यजि स ेजववाह दकया ह,ै उि पि पर जनयुजि के जलए पात्र नहीं होगा: बिते यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाए दक ऐसा जववाह ऐसे व्यजि और जववाह के िसू रे पक्षकार पर लाग ू स्ट्वीय जवजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ैऔर ऐसा करने के जलए अन्द्य आधार ह ैंतो वह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रवतनव से छूट िे सकेगी। 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि - िहां केन्द्रीय सरकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आवश्यक या समीचीन है, वहां वह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्द्ह ेंलेखबद्ध करके, आिेि द्वारा, दकसी वग वया श्रेणी के व्यजियों के संबंध में इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को जिजथल कर सकेगी। 6. व्यावजृ त - इन जनयमों की कोई बात, अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, भूतपूव व सैजनकों और अन्द्य जविेष श्रेणी के व्यजियों के जलए इस संबंध में समय-समय पर केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार दिए िाने वाल े आरक्षण, आय-ु सीमा में छूट और अन्द्य ररयायतों पर प्रभाव नहीं डालगे ी। अनसु चू ी पि का नाम पिों की संख्या वगीकरण वेतन मैररक्स या चयन पि या गैर- सीधी भती हते ु वेतनमान में स्ट्तर चयन पि आयु सीमा (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) संयुि जनिेिक 1 (2024) लाग ूनही रु.1,44,200 - लाग ूनही लाग ूनही (सीआईईटी), 2,18,200/- एनसीईआरटी (िैक्षजणक स्ट्तर-14) सीधी भती के जलए आवश्यक िक्षै जणक एवं अन्द्य योग्यताएँ क्या सीधी भती के जलए पररवीक्षा की जनधावररत आय ु और िैक्षजणक अवजध, यदि योग्यताएं पिोन्नत लोगों के कोई हो। मामले में लागू होंगी। (7) (8) (9) लाग ूनही लाग ूनही लाग ूनही[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 भती की पद्धजत, चाह े सीधी भती द्वारा हो पिोन्नजत द्वारा या पिोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयुजि/आमले न द्वारा भती के प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन द्वारा और जवजभन्न पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी िाने वाली मामले म,ें वे ग्रेड जिनस े पिोन्नजत या ररजियों का प्रजतित। प्रजतजनयुजि/आमेलन द्वारा भती की िानी ह।ै (10) (11) कायवकाल के आधार पर प्रजतजनयुजि या अल्पकाजलक अनुबधं द्वारा। अजनवाय:व (क) प्रासंजगक क्षेत्र म ें4 वषीय स्नातक जडग्री और; रटप्पणी 1: प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगवत केन्द्रीय सरकार के (i) दकसी भी िैक्षजणक जनकाय में प्रोफेसर स्ट्तर उसी या दकसी अन्द्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से ठीक पहले का पि धारण करना या केंर या राज्य सरकार या धाररत दकसी अन्द्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध भी है, स्ट्वायत्त जनकायों या सावविजनक क्षेत्र के उद्यमों म ें सामान्द्यतया पांच वष व से अजधक नहीं होगी या अभ्यथी की आयु 65 वषव कोई स्ट्तर-14 पि धारण करना हो िाने तक या अगले आिेिों तक, िो भी पहल े हो, रहगे ी। या रटप्पणी 2: अल्पकाजलक अनबु ंध के माध्यम स े जनयुजि की अवजध (ii) जनिी क्षेत्र के आवेिकों के जलए, उपयिु वररष्ठ सामान्द्यतः पांच वष व से अजधक नहीं होगी, जिसे 7 वष व तक या अभ्यथी स्ट्तर पर संबंजधत क्षेत्र म ें न्द्यनू तम 15 वषव का की 65 वष व की आय ु तक या अगल े आिेि तक, िो भी पहल े हो, बढाया अनुभव। िा सकेगा। वाछं नीय: रटप्पणी 3: यदि कोई व्यजि, जिसकी सेवाजनवृजत्त की आयु उसके मूल (i) प्रबंधन जडग्री या पीिी जडप्लोमा। संगठन में 65 वष व स े कम ह ै और उसे संयुि जनििे क (सीआईईटी), (ii) िैक्षजणक सामग्री जवकजसत/प्रबंजधत करन े का एनसीईआरटी के रूप म ेंजनयुि दकया िाता ह,ै तो वह अपने मलू संगठन अनुभव। में अजधवर्षवता की आय ुप्राप्त करने पर सेवाजनवृत्त हो िाएगा। * सबं जं धत क्षत्रे : सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी/ आईसीटी/ िैक्षजणक प्रौद्योजगकी/कंप्यूटर जवज्ञान/एआर- रटप्पणी 4: प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा वीआर/एनीमेिन-जविुअल प्रभाव-गेजमदफकेिन- आवेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम जतजथ को 58 वषव स ेअजधक नहीं होगी। ई-कॉजमक्स यदि कोई जवभागीय पिोन्नजत सजमजत जवद्यमान ह ैतो उसकी संरचना क्या है? वे पररजस्ट्थजतया ँ जिनके अन्द्तगवत भती करने म ेंसंघ लोक सेवा आयोग स े परामिव दकया िाएगा। (12) (13) खोि-सह-चयन सजमजत म ेंजनम्नजलजखत िाजमल होंग:े लाग ूनहींI 1. अध्यक्ष - जिक्षा मंत्रालय द्वारा नाजमत दकया िाएगा; Short title and commencement. – (i) These rules may be called the Ministry of Education, Department of School Education and Literacy, Joint Director, Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) Recruitment Rules, 2024. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification and pay in the pay matrix. – The number of post, its classification and pay in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc. – The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification. – No person, – (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied, that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
