जिश्वजिद्यालय अनुिान आयोग भती जनयम, 2016 म ेंऔर संिोधन करने के जलए जनम्नजलजखत जनयम बनाती ह,ै नामत:-
1. (1) इन जनयमों को जिश्वजिद्यालय अनिु ान आयोग भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2025 कहा िाएगा।
(2) य ेजनयम आजधकाठरक रािपत्र में उनके प्रकािन की जतजथ से प्रिृत्त होंगे।
2. जिश्वजिद्यालय अनुिान आयोग भती जनयम, 2016 की अनुसूची में संयुि सजचि के पि से संबंजधत, कॉलम (9) म,ें

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2025
G.S.R 29(E).––– In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (d) of sub-
section (2) of section 25 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956), the Central
Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the University Grants Commission
Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the University Grants Commission Recruitment (Amendment) Rules,
2025.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the University Grants Commission Recruitment Rules, 2016, in the Schedule, relating to the post of
Joint Secretary, in column (9), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely: -
“1 year (for direct recruitment).”
