ORDER
Subject: Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) to provide for Purchase Preference (linked with local content) in respect of Power Sector- Roadmap for achieving 60% Minimum Local Content (MLC) in HVDC Substation (LCC Type) regarding.
Reference: Ministry of Power (MoP) Order No. A- 1/2021-FSC-Part (5) dated 16.11.2021 In continuation to Ministiy of Power's Order No. A- 1/2021-FSC-Part (5) dated 16.11.2021 and its subsequent amendments, it has been decided to revise the Minimum Local Content (MLC) in HVDC Substation [51. No. (E)(2)6 of Annexure-IJ as under:
