NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th September, 2026 S.O. 5259(E).— In pursuance of sub-section (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the table given below to perform the functions of the Competent Authority in addition to Shri Bhaskar S. Dave, Additional Collector (Retired) under the said Act for M/s.
Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) in respect of areas mentioned in column (2) for the pipelines mentioned in Colum (3)
