परन् तु यदद केंरीयीय सरकार का यह समाधान हग जाता ह ा दक सा जििाह, से व् यजतिय और जििाह के अन् य पक्षकार कग लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय हा और सा करने के जलए अन् य आधार हैं, तग िह, दकसी व् यजतिय कग इस जनयम के प्रितकिन से छूट द ेसकेगी। 5. सिे ा की अपक्षे ा : उक् त अनुसूची म ेंजिजनर्कद्ट पद पर जनयुतिय कगई भी व् यजतिय भारत में कह भी, जजसके अंतगकित सेना डाक सेिा भी हा, सेिा करने के जलए बाध्य हगगा। 6. जिजथल करन ेकी िजतिय : जहां केंरीयीय सरकार की यह राय हा दक सा करना आिश् यक या समीचीन हा; Disqualification. – No person, - (a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Requirement to serve. – Any person appointed to the posts specified in the said Schedule shall be liable to serve anywhere in India including in Army Postal Services. 6. Power to Relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7.
