इकोजसस्ट्टम के क्षेत्र म ें उत्कृष्टता केंद्र (सीओई) के रूप म ें मान्यता प्रदान की गई ह।ै यह मान्यता इस अजधसूचना को जारी
करने की तारीख से आरंभ में पाचं िर्षों के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ितों के अध्यधीन होगी:
(i) ईएलसी (एक्सआईएमई, बेंगलुरु) को सीओई ददिाजनदेिों म ें िांछनीय पररणामों के सबं ंध म ें सूचीबद् सभी
मानकों को प्राप्त करन े का प्रयास करना चाजहए;
(ii) ईएलसी (एक्सआईएमई, बेंगलरुु ) एमएसडीई को अपने दक्रयाकलापों का जििरण देते हुए अपनी िार्थर्षक ररपोट ग
प्रस्ट्तुत करेगा;
(iii) ईएलसी (एक्सआईएमई, बेंगलरुु ) जनगरानी के जलए एमएसडीई द्वारा आिजधक साइट दौरे की सुजिधा प्रदान
करेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th October, 2021
No. EP/19/2020-Economic and Policy Wing.—In pursuance of the directives under para 4.1.3
and 4.9.6 of the National Policy on Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015 and the guidelines
framed there under vide Notification dated 31st May 2021 regarding setting up Centre of Excellence either
as de-novo or as part of Skill University system, the Entrepreneurial Leadership Centre (ELC), under
Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bengaluru registered under under Society
Registration Act, 1860 Reg.No.S.No.244/91-92 dated June 19, 1991, has been recognized as a Centre of
Excellence (CoE) in the field of Skilling Ecosystem in the country. This recognition shall initially be for a
period of five years from the date of issue of this Notification, subject to the following conditions:
(i) ELC (XIME, Bengaluru) should try to achieve all the parameters as enlisted in respect of
Desirable Outcomes in the CoE guidelines;
(ii) ELC (XIME, Bengaluru) will submit its Annual Report to MSDE detailing out its activities;
(iii) ELC (XIME, Bengaluru) would facilitate periodic site visit by MSDE for monitoring.
