31 मई 2021 की अजधसूचना के तहत तैयार दकए गए दििा-जनििे ों का अनुसरण करते हुए, सोसायटी पंिीकरण अजधजनयम, 1860
और मुम्बई लोक रस्ट्ट अजधजनयम -1950, के तहत पंिीकरण संख्या एफ/934/अहमिाबाि के अंतगगत पंिीकृत भारतीय उद्यमिीलता
जिकास संस्ट्थान (ईडीआईआई), अहमिाबाि को ििे में कौिलीकरण इकोजसस्ट्टम के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्टता केंद्र (सीओई) के रूप में मान्यता िी
गई है। यह मान्यता आरंभ म ें अजधसूचना िारी करने की तारीख स े पांच िर्ग की अिजध के जलए जनम्नजलजखत ितों के अध्यधीन प्रिान
की िाएगी:
(i) ईडीआईआई को सीओई दििाजनििे ों में िांछनीय पररणामों के संबंध में सूचीबद्ध सभी मानकों को हाजसल करने का प्रयास
करना चाजहए;
(ii) ईडीआईआई अपने दियाकलापों का जििरण िते े हुए एमएसडीई को अपनी िार्र्गक ररपोटग प्रस्ट्तुत करेगा;
(iii) ईडीआईआई जनगरानी के जलए एमएसडीई द्वारा आिजधक साइट िौरे की सुजिधा प्रिान करेगा; तथा
(iv) ईडीआईआई कौिल जिकास और उद्यमिीलता मंत्रालय को आपसी सुजिधा के अनुसार अनौपचाररक और औपचाररक िोनों
आधारों पर इनपुट के साथ कौिल जिकास और उद्यमिीलता के क्षेत्रों में नीजतयां बनाने में सहायता करेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th October, 2021
No. EP/11/2021-EP.—In pursuance of the directives under para 4.1.3 and 4.9.6 of the National
Policy on Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015 and the guidelines framed there under vide
Notification dated 31st May 2021 regarding setting up Centre of Excellence either as de-novo or as part of
Skill University system, the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Ahmadabad,
registered under Society Registration Act, 1860 and Bombay Public Trust Act-1950, Registration No.
F/934/Ahmedabad, has been recognized as a Centre of Excellence (CoE) in the field of Skilling
Ecosystem in the country. This recognition shall initially be for a period of five years from the date of issue
of this Notification, subject to the following conditions:
(i) EDII should try to achieve all the parameters as enlisted in respect of Desirable Outcomes in the
CoE guidelines;
(ii) EDII will submit its Annual Report to MSDE detailing out its activities;
(iii) EDII would facilitate periodic site visit by MSDE for monitoring; and
(iv) EDII would assist the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in formulation of
policies in the areas of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship with inputs, on both informal and
formal basis, as per mutual convenience.
