मंत्रालय क अजधसूचना संख् या का.आ. 3211 (अ), तारीख 14 जुलाई, 2025 द्वारा जो भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र, भाग II, खण् ड 3, उपखण् ड (II), तारीख 15 जुलाई, 2025 में प्रकाजित क गई थी, उ‍त अजधसूचना स े संल् अनुसूची म ें यथा जवजनर्ददष् ट पिरक्षेत्र म ें 1272.11 ह‍े टर (लगभग) या 3143.384 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूजम में और ऐसी भूजम में या उस पर के सभी अजधकारों के अजजन करन े के अपने आिय क सूचना दी थी; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उ‍त अजधजनयम क धारा 8 के अनुसरण म ेंकेन्‍द रीय सरकार को अपनी िरपोटज द े दी ह;) और, केन्‍द रीय सरकार का, पूवो‍त िरपोटज पर जवचार करने के पश् चात ् और महाराष्र सरकार से परामि ज करन े के पश् COAL NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2026 S.O. 16(E)—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, number S. O. 3211(E), dated the 14th July, 2025, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Gazette of India, Part- II, Section- 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 15th July, 2025, the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire 1272.11 Hectares (approximately) or 3143.384 Acres (approximately) land and all rights in or over such land specified in the Schedule annexed to that notification; And, whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, has made his report to the Central Government; And, whereas, the Central Government after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting to the Government of Maharashtra, is satisfied that the lands measuring 1187.49 Hectares (approximately) or 2934.29 Acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such lands as specified in the Schedule appended hereto, should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957, (20 of 1957), the Central Government hereby declares that all rights in or over the land measuring 1187.49 Hectares (approximately) or 2934.29 Acres (approximately) as specified in the said Schedule are hereby acquired.
