और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 8 के अनुसरण म ें केंद्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपोटज िे िी ह;ै और केंद्रीय सरकार का, पूिोक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात ् और पजश्चम बगं ाल सरकार स े परामि ज करने के पश्चात्, यह समाधान हो गया ह ै दक इससे सलं ग्न अनुसूची म ें यथा िर्णतिं 0.17 हक्े टर (लगभग) या 0.42 एकड़ (लगभग) माप िाली भूजम और ऐसी भूजम में या उस पर के सभी अजधकार अर्ितज दकए िान े चाजहए; And whereas the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act, has made his report to the Central Government; And whereas the Central Government, after considering the aforesaid report and after consulting the Government of West Bengal, is satisfied that the land measuring 0.17 hectares (approximately) or 0.42 acres (approximately) and all rights in or over such land as described in Schedule appended hereto should be acquired; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that all rights in or over the land measuring 0.17 hectare (approximately) or 0.42 acre (approximately) as described in the schedule are hereby acquired. GM/JNR/LAND/2024-25/CBA(Sec-9)/206, dated the 11th June, 2024, of the area covered by this notification may be inspected in the office of the Collector, District Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal or in the office of the Coal Controller, Coal Controller’s Organization, Scope Minar, 5th Floor, Core II, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092, or in the Office of the Director Technical (Project and Planning), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Sanctoria, Post Office Dishergarh, Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal, Pin code – 713333.
