कोयला अजभप्राप्त दकए िाने की संभावना ह;ै अतः, उक्त अजधसूचना में वर्णिंत क्षेत्र में अंतर्विष्ट ब्यौरे रेखांक धारक सख्ं या एस ई सी एल /बी एसपी /िीएम(एलएडं आर)/एलएएनडी/10 तारीख 30 िून, 2024 जिसम ें उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम के क्षत्रे के ब्यौरे भी अन्द्तर्विष्ट ह,ै का जनरीक्षण जिला कलेक्टर, जिला सूरिपुर 497229, छत्तीसगढ़ के कायालि य में या कोयला जनयंत्रक, कोयला जनयंत्रक का संगठन, कोयला मंत्रालय, स्ट्कोप मीनार, पांचवी मंजिल, कोर 2, लक्ष्मी नगर, दिल्ली 110092 के कायािलय में या साऊथ ईस्ट्टन ि कोलफील््स जलजमटेड (भूजम और रािस्ट्व जवभाग), सीपत रोड, जबलासपुर 495006 छत्त्त्तीसगढ़ के कायािलय म ें या मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (अन्द्वेषण प्रभाग), सेंरल माईन प्लाननंग एंड जडिाइन इंजस्ट्टट्यूट जलजमटेड, गोंडवाना प्लेस, कांके रोड, राचं ी 834031 झारखंड के कायािलय म ेंदकया िा सकता ह;ै अत:, अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अिनि और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिस े इसमें इसके पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णिंत भूजम म ेंसे कोयले का पूवेक्षण करन े की अपन ेआिय की सूचना िेती ह;ै उक्त अनुसूची में उल्लेजखत भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त – (i) उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन की गई दकसी भी कायिवाही से हुई या होने वाली 6645 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] संभाजवत दकसी नुकसान के जलए अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की अधीन प्रजतकर का िावा कर सकेगा; या (ii) उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पूवक्षे ण अनुज्ञजप्तयों के प्रभावहीन होने के संबंध म ें या उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 13 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन खनन पट्टे के प्रभावहीन होन े के जलए प्रजतकर का िावा कर सकेगा और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 13 की उपधारा (1) के खंड (i) से खंड (iv) जवजनर्ििष्ट मिों की बाबत उपगत व्यय को उपिर्िित करन े के जलय े पूवोक्त भूजम से संबंजधत सभी मानजचत्रों, चाटों और अन्द्य िस्ट्तावेिों
