L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-22072025-264895 CG-DxLx-xEG-I2D2H0x7x2x0 25-264895 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3296] नई दिल्ली, मगं लवार, िुलाई 22, 2025/आषाढ़ 31, 1947 No. 3296] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 22, 2025/ASHADHA 31, 1947 कोयला मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 22 िुलाई, 2025 का.आ. 3369(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार को प्रतीत होता ह ै दक इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची म ें वर्णतिं पररक्षेत्र म ें उजल्लजखत भूजम में कोयला अजभप्राप्त दकये िाने की संभावना ह;ै और उक्त अनुसूची में वर्णित भूजम के अंतर्विष्ट‍ ब्‍यौरे, रेखांक धारक संख्‍या ईसीएल/नए कोयला ब्लॉक – िमु का/2025/32, तारीख 18 फरवरी, 2025 का जनरीक्षण जनिेिक, तकनीकी (योिना और पररयोिना), ईस्ट्टनि कोलफील््स जलजमटेड, सांकतोज़िया, डाकघर – जडसेरगढ़, जिला पजिम बद्धमि ान 713333, पजिम बगं ाल के कायािलय में या मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (अन्वेषण प्रभाग), सेंरल माइन प्लाननंग एण्ड जडिाइन इंस्ट्टीट्यूट जलजमटेड, गोंडवाना प्लेस, कांके रोड, रााँची 834008, झारखंड के कायािलय में या कोयला जनयंत्रक, कोयला जनयंत्रक का संगठन, कोयला मंत्रालय, स्ट्कोप मीनार, पांचवीं मंजिल, कोर-II, लक्ष्मी नगर, दिल्ली 110092 के कायािलय म ें या जिला कलेक्टर, िमु का, झारखंड के कायािलय में दकया िा सकता ह।ै अत:, अब, केन्‍द‍रीय सरकार, कोयला धारक क्षत्रे (अर्िन और ववकास) अवधवनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (वर्स े इसम ें इसके पश्‍चात ् उक्त‍ अवधवनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्‍त शवक्त‍ यों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णतिं भूवम म ें कोयल े के वलए पवू ेक्षण करने के अपने आशय की सूचना देती ह;ै उक्त‍ अनुसूची म ें वर्णतिं भवू म म ें वहतबद्ध कोई व्‍यवक्त‍ – (i) उक्त‍ अवधवनयम की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) के अधीन की गई ककसी कायिवाही स े हुई या होने वाली संभाववत ककसी क्षवत के वलए उक्त‍ अवधवनयम की धारा 6 के अधीन प्रवतकर का दावा कर सकेगा; And whereas, the plan bearing number ECL/New Coal Blocks – Dumka/2025/32, dated the 18th February ,2025 containing details of the area of land described in the said Schedule may be inspected at the office of the Director Technical (P&P), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Sanctoria, Post Office Disergarh, District Paschim Bardhaman 713333, West Bengal or at the office of the Chief General Manager (Exploration Division), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute Limited, Gondwana Place, Kanke Road, Ranchi 834008, Jharkhand or at the office of Coal Controller, Coal Controller’s Organisation, Ministry of Coal, Scope Minar, 5th Floor, Core II, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi 110092 or at the office of the District Collector, Dumka, Jharkhand. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby gives notice of its intention to prospect for coal from the land described in the said Schedule. Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may – i. claim compensation under section 6 of the said Act for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any action taken under sub-section (3) of section 4 of the said Act; or ii. claim compensation under sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Act in respect of prospecting licenses ceasing to have effect or under sub-section (4) of section 13 of the Act for mining lease ceasing to have effect and deliver all maps, charts and other documents relating to the land to show the expenditure incurred in respect of items specified in clauses (i) to (iv) of subsection (1) of section 13 of the said Act, to the officer of the Director Technical (Project and Planning), Eastern Coalfields Limited, Sanctoria, Post Office Disergarh, District Paschim Bardhaman 713333, West Bengal within a period of ninety days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette. Aforesaid polygon is described below: Polygon –A, B, C, D, E, F, A: Line A-B: The line starts at point A in the North corner of the coal block from Litiapaharmouza tends in South-West direction reaches at point B in Fulsahrimouza. Line B-C: The line starts at point B in the West corner of the coal block in Fulsahrimouza tends in South East direction reaches at point C in Hirapur-Chitrakundimouza. Line C-D: The line starts at point C in the South-West corner of the coal block in Hirapur-Chitrakundimouza tends in South-East direction reaches at point D in Dhobaghatimouza. Line D-E: The straight line starts at point D in the South corner of the coal block from Dhobaghatimouza tends in North- East direction reaches at point E in Katpaharimouza.
