और केन्द्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन जिछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता ि ै ऐसी भूजम म ें िो इससे उपािद्ध अनुसूची मे वर्णित ि ै और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जिछाए िाने का प्रस्ट्त ाव ि,ै उपयोग के अजधकार का अििन दकया िाए;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 30th June, 2025 S.O. 2969(E).— Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of petroleum products from Paradip Raipur Ranchi Pipeline T-POINT to Meramandali CUF, pipeline should be laid in State of Odisha by Indian Oil Corporation Limited;

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of use in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of Use in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user (RoU) therein;
