NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th March, 2026 S.O. 1303(E).—Whereas by notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, number S.O. 4224(E) dated 17-09-2025, issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act),the Government of India had declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in land, specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for transportation of Liquid Ethane from Dahej Manufacturing Division in Gujarat to Parvat, where it will be hooked-up with the existing pipeline facilities of DNEPL, interconnecting with RIL-Hazira Manufacturing Division should be laid by M/s Reliance Ethane Pipeline Limited;

And whereas, the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public from 25-09-2025 to 08-10-2025;

And whereas, the objections received from the public to the laying of the said pipeline have been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority;

And whereas, the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted report to the Government of India;

And whereas, the Government of India, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the said pipeline, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein, free from all encumbrances;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Government of Indiahereby declares that the Right of User in the land, specified in the Schedule, appended to this[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

notification, is hereby acquired for laying the said pipeline;

And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Government of Indiahereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in theGovernment of India, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in M/s Reliance Ethane Pipeline Limited, free from all encumbrances.
