S.O. 4624(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of Crude Oil / Gas from Padra#201 To Padra#136 (4" Pipeline), Padra#252 To Padra#197
(4" Pipeline), Padra#231 To Padra#136 (4" Pipeline), Padra#31 To Padra#136 (4" Pipeline), Padra#272/273 To
Padra#50/49 (4" Pipeline), Padra#276 To Padra#189 (4" Pipeline), Padra#259 To Padra#27 (4" Pipeline),
Padra#247 To Padra#168 (4" Pipeline), Padra#274 To Padra#272 (4" Pipeline), Padra#280 To Padra#176 (4"
Pipeline), Padra#244 (Old TP-46) Take off Point TP-00 to End Point TP-14 (4" Pipeline), Padra#233 to
Padra#241 (4" Pipeline), Padra#244 to Padra#168 (4" Pipeline), Padra#160/210/258 to Padra#244 (4" Pipeline),

by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is
described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of the Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date
on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object
in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent
