(1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3659(अ) तारीख 31 िुलाई, 2025, िो भारत के असाधारण रािपत्र तारीख 11 अगस्ट्त 2025, म ें प्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ें तेल पिाथ ज पररिहन के (1) 14" dia Emulsion oil pipeline from GGS- 1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (2) 14" dia pure oil pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (3) 8" dia oil pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (4) 8" dia Ist stage gas pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (5) 8"dia IInd stage gas pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field तक आँयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉपॊरेिन जलजमटेड, द्वारा गुिरात राज्य म ें पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज के अपने आिय की घोषणा की थी | 6966 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और उक्त असाधारण रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतयाँ िनता को तारीख 22/09/2025 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई थी;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज िे िी ह;ै और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात्, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त भूजम पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह ै उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जिजनश्चय दकया ह;ै अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए यह घोषणा करती ह ैदक इस अजधसचू ना स ेसंलग्न अनुसूची म ेंजिजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ेंपाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए;

और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह जनिेि िेती ह ैदक उक्त भूजम में उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत होने के बिाए, सभी जिल्लगं मों स े मक्तु होकर आँयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉपॊरेिन जलजमटेड म ें जनजहत होगा;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th September, 2026 S.O. 5002(E).— Whereas by the notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vide S. O. No. 3659(E) dated 21.08.2024 issued under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline ( Acquisition of Right of Users in Land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Government of India declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through (1) 14" dia Emulsion oil pipeline from GGS- 1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (2) 14" dia pure oil pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (3) 8" dia oil pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (4) 8" dia Ist stage gas pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field (5) 8"dia IInd stage gas pipeline from GGS-1 to GGS-V Junction Point in Ankleshwar oil field Pipeline in the State of Gujarat by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to the 22/09/2025 And, whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted his report to Government of India.

And whereas Government of India after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, Government of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;

And, further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, Government of India hereby directs that the Right of User in the land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in Government of India, vest, on this date of the publication of the declaration, in the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., free from all encumbrances.

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, Shall be exclusively liable For any Compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act,1962 and no suit, claim of legal Proceeding would lie against the central government of any matter relating to the pipeline.
