धारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या
का.आ.2165 (अ) दिनांक 29/04/2026, िो भारत सरकार के असाधारण रािपत्र दिनांक 30/04/2026 म ें प्रकाजित की
गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना से सलं ग्न अनुसूची म ें जिजनदििॅष्ट भूजम म े पाइपलाइन कॉरीडोर एसबीएन#301 स े
केएचआर#04 और एसबीएन#301 स े केएचआर#02 को िोड़ने के जलए ऑयल एण्ड नेचरु ल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड,
द्वारा गुिरात राज्य के खेरिा - गांि, तहसील – महसे ाणा एि ं जिला - महसे ाणा म ें पाइपलाइन जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए
उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा की थी;
और उक्त असाधारण रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतया ं िनता को दिनांक 04/06/2026 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई
थी;

और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोट ज ि े

पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम ें उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जिजनश्चय दकया ह:ै
अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए
यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्दिष्ट भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबछान े के जलए उपयोग के
अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए;
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए
यह जनिेि िते ी ह ै दक उक्त भूजम म ें उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स े केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत
होने के बिाए, सभी जिल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर ऑयल एण्ड नेचरु ल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड म ें जनजहत होगा ।
पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम,1962 की धारा 10 के अध्याधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तत के
जलए ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड पूणतज या उत्तरिायी होगी और पाइपलाइन स े सम्बजन्द्धत दकसी भी
मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार के जिरूद्ध कोई िाि, िािा या कानूनी कायजिाही नहीं हो सकेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th August, 2026
S.O. 4581(E).— Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and
Natural Gas S.O. No2165(E) Dated 29/04/2026 issued under Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), published in the Extra-ordinary Gazette of India dated 30/04/2026, the Central Government declared its intention
to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying
PIPELINE CORRIDOR FROM SBN#301 To KHR#04 & SBN#301 To KHR#02 in Kherva village, Tal. Mehsana,
Dist. Mehsana in the State of Gujarat to be laid by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.
And whereas copies of the said Extra-ordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to dated:
04/06/2026.
And whereas the Competent Authority has under Sub-Section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act submitted
report to the Central Government.
And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said
land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein.
Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline.
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central
Government hereby directs that the right of user in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the
Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. free
from all encumbrances.
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10
of the P&MP Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government on any
matter relating to the pipeline.
