L.-33004/99 सी.जी.-डी.एल.-अ.-10092025-266042 CG-DxLx-xEG-I1D0H0x9x2x0 25-266042 xxxGIDExxx असाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण्ड 3—उप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 3982] नई दिल्ली, मगं लवार, जसतम्ब र 9, 2025/भार 18, 1947 No. 3982] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2025/BHADRA 18, 1947 परे ोजलयम एव ंप्राकृजतक गसै मत्रं ालय अजधसचू ना नई दिल्ली, 4 जसतम्ब र, 2025 का.आ. 4097(अ).— भारत सरकार ने पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाईपलाइन (भूजम म ेंप्रयोग्ता के अजधकार का अिजन) अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन िारी की गई भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1220 (अ), तारीख 17th March 2025, भारत के रािपत्र तारीख 17.03.2025 म ेप्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स ेसंलग्न अनुसूजच म ें जवजनर्िष्टज भूजम में जत्रपुरा राज्य म ें कूप एसडी#24 स े सिुं लबाडी मजै नफोल्ड तक प्राकृजतक गैस पररवहन के जलय ओ.एन.िी.सी.जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाईन जबछान े के प्रयोिन के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी। और उक्त रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतयां िनता को तारीख 24.04.2025 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई थी। और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज िे िी ह।ै और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, उक्त ररपोट ज पर जवचार करन े के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त भूजम पाइपलाईन जबछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम े उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन करन े का जवजनश्चय दकया ह।ै 5998 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अत: अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसूजच म ें जवजनर्िष्टज भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए। और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह जनिेि िेती ह ैदक उक्त भूजम में उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख से केन्द्रीय सरकार म ें जनजहत होने के बिाए, सभी जवल्लगं मों स े मुक्त होकर, ओ.एन.िी.सी. जलजमटेड म ेंजनजहत होगा। अनसु चू ी Well SD#24 to Sundalbari Manifold मौिा: मोहनभोग जिला: जसपाहीिला तहसील: तले कािला उप-प्रभाग : सोनामरु ा भजू म की अनसु चू ी-:

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th September, 2025 S.O. 4097(E).— whereas by notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O.1220(E) dated 17th March 2025 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Acts, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Published in the Gazette of India dated 17.03.2025 the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the Land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through WellSD#24 to Sundalbari Manifold in the State of Tripura by ONGC Limited.

And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 24.04.2025.

And whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act submitted

report to Central Government:

And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of the Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline.

And, further in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in the ONGC Limited, free from all encumbrances.6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Well SD#24 to Sundalbari Manifold SCHEDULE
