G.S.R. 647(E).—In supersession of previous Gazette notification vide G.S.R No. 675 (E) dated
29th September, 2021 and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 33-F and Sub-section (2) of
the Section 20 Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940), the Central Government hereby appoints
Dr. S.C. Verma, Principal Scientific Officer (Chemistry ) and Dr. Jayanthy A, Principal Scientific Officer
(Pharmacognosy), Pharmacopoeia Commission for India Medicine & Homoeopathy (PCIM&H), Ghaziabad as
Government Analyst for the whole of India in respect of Ayurvedic, Siddha, Unani and Homeopathy drugs in accordance
with the qualification prescribed under Rule 165 of the Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
