के कायािलय म ेंया मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (अन्द्वेषन प्रभाग), केन्द्रीय खान योिना एवं जडिाइन संस्ट्थान, गोंडवाना पॅलेस, कांके रोड, रांची – 834 008, झारखंड के कायािलय में या कोयला जनयंत्रक, कोयला जनयंत्रक का कोयला धारक क्षेत्र (अििन और जवकास) अजधजनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20) (जिसे इसम ें इसके पश् चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित् त िजक्त यों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उक्त अनुसूची अजधजनयम की धारा (13) की उपधारा (1) के अधीन पवू ेक्षण अनुज्ञज‍ तयों के प्रभावहीन होने के संबंध में या उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 13 की उपधारा (4) के अधीन खनन पट्टे प्रभावहीन होने के जलए प्रजतकर का िावा कर
