the Supreme Court of India, as Chairperson, New Delhi International Arbitration Centre (NDIAC), in the salary of
Rs. 2,50,000/- per month (fixed) (level 18 of Pay Matrix), with effect from 23rd December, 2022 for a period of
03 years, or till his attaining the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier, by temporary up-gradation of the post of
Chairperson, NDIAC to the level 18 of the Pay Matrix, initially for 2 years.
