और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाईप लाइन जबछान े के प्रयोिन के जलए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता ह ै दक उस भूजम
म ें जिस के भीतर उक्त पाईप लाइन जबछाई िान े का प्रस्ट्ताव ह ै और िो इस अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसूची म े वर्णगत ह,ै
उपयोग के अजधकार का अिगन दकया िाए।
अतः अब केन्द्रीय सरकार पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाईप लाइन (भूजम म ेउपयोग के अजधकार का अिगन) अजधजनयम
1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, उस भूजम म े उपयोग के
अजधकार का अिगन करन े के अपन े आिय की घोषणा करती ह।ै
कोई व्यजक्त, िो उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णतग भूजम म ें जहतबद्ध ह,ै उस तारीख स े जिसको जिसको उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) अधीन भारत के रािपत्र यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतया ाँ साधारण िनता को उपलब्ध

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th December, 2025
S.O. 6010(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest
under the Srikakulam-Angul Pipeline Project (SAPL) and Spur pipeline for the transportation of Petroleum Product
from Angul to Srikakulam in the state of Odisha a pipeline should be laid by Gail (India) Limited.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is
described in the Schedule annexed hereto;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person interested in the land describe in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date of
which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section(1) of the Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User
therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to competent Authority,(Odisha) Gail (India) Limited, 612 Utkal
