(14) को हटाया िाए व उसे जनम्नजलजखत से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाए:- “(14) मंडल, कंपनी सजचव अजधजनयम,1980 (1980 का 56) की धारा 3 के तहत गरठत इंजस्ट्टट्यूट ऑफ कंपनी सेक्रेटरीि ऑफ इंजडया द्वारा मडं ल बैठकों के संबंध में जवजनर्िष्टग और केंद्र सरकार द्वारा यथा अनुमोदित सजचवीय मानकों का अनुपालन करेगा, जसवाय उसके िो इन जवजनयमों के जवपरीत हो।“ (6) पृष्ठ सं. 4 पर जवजनयम सं. 7 ‘बैठकों के जलए कोरम’ िीर्गक के अंतगगत उप जवजनयम 1 को हटाया िाए व उसे जनम्नजलजखत से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाए :- “(1) मडं ल की दकसी भी बैठक के जलए कोरम, ऐसी बैठक के समय इसकी कुल संख्या का एक जतहाई या चार सिस्ट्य, िो भी अजधक हो, होगा और जवजडयो कॉन्रेंससंग या अन्य ऑजडयो जविुअल साधनों द्वारा सिस्ट्यों की भागीिारी को भी इस उप जवजनयम के तहत कोरम के प्रयोिनों के जलए जगना िाएगा, िब तक की उसे अजधजनयम के दकसी भी प्रावधान के तहत कारोबार के दकसी लेन-िने से बाहर नहीं दकया िाता ह।ै (7) पृष्ठ स.ं 4 पर जवजनयम सं. 7 ‘बैठकों के जलए कोरम’ िीर्गक के अंतगगत उप जवजनयम 2 (ख) को हटाया िाए व उस े जनम्नजलजखत से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाए :- “(2) (ख) िहां मडं ल की बैठक कोरम की कमी के जलए आयोजित नहीं की िा सकती, वहां स्ट्वतः स्ट्थगन के जलए प्रावधान उस तारीख को होगा िो उपजस्ट्थत मंडल के सिस्ट्यों द्वारा जनधागररत की िाएगी और इस तरह के स्ट्थगन की सूचना सभी सिस्ट्यों को िी िाएगी और कारोबार िो मलू बैठक के समि प्रस्ट्ततु दकया िाना था, यदि उजचत कोरम होता, उस े स्ट्थजगत बैठक के समि प्रस्ट्तुत दकया िाएगा।“ (8) पृष्ठ सं. 4 पर जवजनयम सं. 7 ‘बैठकों के जलए कोरम’ िीर्गक के अंतगगत उप जवजनयम 2 (घ) में ‘अनुपजस्ट्थजत की’ और ‘की प्रदक्रया’ िब्िों के बीच आने वाले ‘छुट्टी’ िब्ि को हटाकर उसे ‘अनुमजत’ िब्ि से प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया िाए। डा. एन. जवनोि कुमार, अध्यि, मुरगांव पत्तन प्राजधकरण मडं ल [जवज्ञापन-III/4/असा./670/2023-24] Uploaded by Dte. of Printing at Government of India Press, Ring Road, Mayapuri, New Delhi-110064 and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
