(1) इस आदेि का संजिप्त नाम कपास गांिें (क् वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) संिोधन आदेि, 2023 ह।ै (2) यह रािपत्र में इसके प्रकािन की तारीख को प्रवृत होगा। कपास गांिें (क् वाजलटी जनयंत्रण) आदेि, 2023 के पैरा 1 के उप- पैरा (2) के स्ट्थान पर, जनम्नजलजखत उप-पैरा रखा िाएगा, अथाशत:- “(2) यह तारीख 27 अगस्ट्त, 2025 को प्रवृत्त होगा।”। [सं. 1/5/2018-फाइबर I] प्रािक् ता वमाश, संयुक् त सजचव ठटप्पण: मूल आदेि भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण के भाग 2, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में संखयांक का. आ. 948 (अ), तारीख 28 फरवरी, 2023 द्वारा प्रकाजित दकया गया था और तत्पश्चात् संखयांक का. आ. 3557 (अ), तारीख 7 अगस्ट्त, 2023 तथा संखयांक का. आ. 3830 (अ), तारीख 28 अगस्ट्त, 2023 द्वारा संिोजधत दकया गया। 5201 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF TEXTILES ORDER New Delhi, the 13th August, 2024 S.O. 3469(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 16 read with section 17 and sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest and after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby makes the following order to amend the Cotton Bales (Quality Control) Order, 2023, namely:- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Cotton Bales (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Cotton Bales (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) It shall come into force on the 27th day of August, 2025.”.
