(1) This Order may be called the Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, after sub- paragraph (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: — “Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Styrene (ABS) Moulding and Extrusion Materials used for production of toco transducers.” [F.
