Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Ethylene Glycol (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Ethylene Glycol (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— ―(2) It shall come into force on the 28th day of June, 2023‖.
