(1) This order may be called the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order Third Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC) Homopolymers (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of June, 2025.” [F.No. PCT-59011/44/2022-PC TECH.-CPC] DEEPAK MISHRA, Jt.
