(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, after sub-paragraph (3), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - "Provided that nothing in this Order shall apply to Low Melt Polyester Fibres”.
