(1) This order may be called the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order Third Amendment Order, 2024. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Polypropylene (PP) Materials for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2024, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of June, 2025.” [F.No. PCT-59011/43/2024-PC TECH.-CPC] DEEPAK MISHRA, Jt.
