Short title and commencement. – (1) This order may be called the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:— ―(2) It shall come into force on the 29th day of February, 2024.‖ [F.
