Short title and commencement.- (1) This Order may be called the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022, in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), the following sub- paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024.” [F.
