(1) Short title and commencement. – (1) This Order may be called the Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2021. (2) It shall come in the force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Polyester Staple Fibres (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in Paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-paragraph shall be substituted, namely:- “(2) This order shall come into force on the expiry of one hundred and eighty days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette”.
