is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do in the public interest, hereby makes the following
Order to amend the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Toluene (Quality Control)
Amendment Order, 2022.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub-paragraph (2), the following sub-
paragraph shall be substituted, namely:—
“(2) This order shall come into force on the 22nd day of December, 2022.”
