No. IND/AI/6/2024/DC(DKVIB)/167-180.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 4 of the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966 (Himachal Pradesh Act No. 8 of 1966) as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi and in supersession of all previous notifications issued for constitution/re-constitution of Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board, published in the official gazette, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to re-constitute the Delhi Khadi & Village Industries Board, consisting of the following members: S. No Status in Board 1 Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Hon’ble Minister of Chairperson Industries 2 Addl. Chief Secretary / Pr. Secretary ( Member Industries ) 3 Addl. Chief Secretary (Finance) Member 4 MD, Delhi Scheduled Caste Financial Development Member Corporation 5 Representative of Khadi and Village Industries Member Commission 6 Managing Director, DKVIB Member Secretary[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 The Board shall exercise such functions and powers as are vested in it under the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966 (Himachal Pradesh Act No. 8 of 1966), as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
