जो इन जनयमों से उपाबद्ध अन सूची के स्ट्तंभ )2( से स्ट्तंभ )4( में जिजनर्ददष्ट ह ैं। 1814 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] 4. भती की पद्धजत, आय- सीमा, अहतच ाएं, आदद – उि पदों पर भती की पद्धजत, आय -सीमा, अहतच ाएं और उनसे संबंजधत अन्य बातें ि ेहोंगी जो पूिोि अन सूची के स्ट्तंभ )5( से स्ट्तंभ )13( में जिजनर्ददष्ट ह ैं। 5. जनरहतच ा – िह व्यजि – (क( जजसने ऐसे व्यजि से, जजसका पजत या जजसकी पत्नी जीजित ह,ै जििाह दकया है या जििाह की संजिदा की है; या (ख( जजसने अपने पजत या अपनी पत्नी के जीजित रहते हुए दकसी व्यजि से जििाह दकया ह ैया जििाह की संजिदा की है उि पद पर जनय जि का पात्र नहीं होगा : परन्त यदद केन्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो जाता ह ैदक ऐसा जििाह ऐसे व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पिकार को लाग ू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अन ज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करने के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितचन से छूट द े सकेगी । 6. जिजथल करने की िजि – जहां केन्रीय सरकार की यह राय है दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै िहां िह उसके जलए जो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके तथा संघ लोक सेिा आयोग से परामिच करके इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िग च या प्रिग च के व्यजियों की बाबत, आदिे द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी । 7. व्यािजृ त्त – इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरिण, आय -सीमा म ें छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालेगी, जजनका केन्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर जारी दकए गए आदिे ों के अन सार अन सूजचत जाजतयों, अन सूजचत जनजाजतयों, अन्य जपछडे िगों, भूतपूिच सैजनकों और अन्य जििेष प्रिग चके व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजित ह ै। अनस चू ी ऩद का ऩदों की संख्या वर्गीकरण वेतन मैट्रिक्स चयन अथवा सीधे भती ककए सीधे भती ककए जाने नाम में स्तर अचयन ऩद जाने वाऱे वाऱे व्यक्क्तयों के । व्यक्क्तयों के लऱए अऩेक्षित शैक्षिक लऱए आयु- और अन्य अर्हताएं । सीमा । (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) प्रधान 1* साधारण वेर्न मैहिक्स ियन ऩद । ऱागू निी ं िोर्ा । ऱागू निीं िोर्ा । (2025)*कायभय ार संऩादक केन्रीय सेवा, में स्र्र-13 (हिन्दी) के आधार ऩर समूि ‘क’ (123100- ऩररवर्नय ककया 2,15,900रु.) राजऩत्रिर्, जा सकर्ा िै । अननुसचिवीय सीधे भती ककए जाने वाऱे ऩररवीिा की अवधध, यट्रद भती की ऩद्धतत : भती सीधे र्ोर्गी या प्रोन्नतत व्यक्क्तयों के लऱए ववट्रर्त आयु कोई र्ो । द्वारा या प्रतततनयुक्क्त/आमेऱन द्वारा तथा और शैक्षिक अर्हताएं प्रोन्नत ववलभन्न ऩद्धततयों द्वारा भर जाने वाऱ ररक्क्तयों व्यक्क्तयों की दशा में ऱार्गू र्ोंर्गी की प्रततशतता । या नर् ं । (8) (9) (10) ऱाग ू निीं िोर्ा । ऱागू निीं िोर्ा । प्रोन्नतर् द्वारा, जजसके न िो सकन े ऩर प्रतर्तनयुजक्र् द्वारा (जजसके अन्र्गयर् अल्ऩकालऱक संववदा भी िै) ।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयज ि या आमले न द्वारा भती की दिा म ेंि ेश्रजे णया ंजजनस ेप्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयज ि या आमेलन दकया जाएगा । (11) प्रोन्नजत द्वारा :‒‒ संपादक )जहन्दी(, जजन्होंने िेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-12 (78,800-2,09,200 रु.( में श्रेणी में पांच िषच जनयजमत सेिा की हो, तथा स संगत िेत्र में दो सप्ताह की अिजध का प्रजििण सफलतापूिचक पूणच दकया हो । ट्रटप्पण :‒‒ जहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जजन्होंने अपनी अहकच या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया जा रहा हो, िहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जिचार दकया जाएगा परन्त यह तब जब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकच या पात्रता सेिा, अपेजित अहकच या पात्रता सेिा के आध े से अजधक से या दो िषच से, इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपन े ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जजन्होंने ऐसी अहकच या पात्रता सेिा पहले ही पूरी कर ली है, अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीिा की अिजध सफलतापूिचक पूरी कर ली हो: प्रजतजनय जि द्वारा )जजसके अन्तगचत अल्पकाजलक संजिदा भी ह(ै – केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यिेत्र प्रिासन या स्ट्िायत जनकाय या कानूनी संगठन, पजललक सेक्टर उपक्म या मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या मान्यताप्राप्त अन संधान संस्ट्थान के अजधकारी: )क((i) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकया हो; या (ii) जजन्होंने मूल काडर या जिभाग में िेतन मैट्ररक्स के स्ट्तर-12 (78,800-2,09,200 रु.( में जनयजमत आधार पर जनय जि के पश्चात् दी गई श्रेणी में पांच िषच सेिा की हो; और (ख( जजनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैिजणक अहतच ाएं और अन भि हों, अथाचत्:- (अ( िैिजणक अहतच ा : )क((i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से जिजध में स्नातक जडग्री; और (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान स े जडग्री स्ट्तर पर जहन्दी और अंग्रेजी का एक िैकजल्पक या अजनिाय च जिषय के रूप में अध्ययन दकया हो; या (ख( )i) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान से जिजध में मास्ट्टर जडग्री: और (ii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान स े जडग्री स्ट्तर पर जहन्दी और अंग्रेजी का एक िैकजल्पक या अजनिाय च जिषय के रूप में अध्ययन दकया हो; (आ( अनभ ि : (क( अभ्यर्थथयों के जलए, जजनके पास स्नातक जडग्री ह ै: (i) जिजधक कायों में पंरह िषच का अन भि; या (ii) एक अर्थहत जिजधक व्यिसायी ह,ै जजसने पंरह िषच तक इस रूप में व्यिसाय दकया है; या (iii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान में जिजध पढाने का पंरह िषच का अन भि; या (ii) एक अर्थहत जिजधक व्यिसायी ह,ै जजसने दस िष चतक इस रूप में व्यिसाय दकया ह ै; या (iii) दकसी मान्यताप्राप्त जिश्वजऺिद्यालय या संस्ट्थान में जिजध पढाने का दस िषच का अन भि ; या )iv) केन्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार या संघ राज्यिेत्र प्रिासन से जिजध-ट्ररपोटों या पजत्रकाओं का जहन्दी में संपादन करने या न्यायालय जनणचयों, कानूनों, कानूनी जनयमों तथा आदिे ों का जहन्दी में अन िाद करने का दस िषच का अन भि । (ख( अभ्यर्थथयों के जलए जजनके पास मास्ट्टर जडग्री है : (i) जिजधक कायों में आठ िष चका अन भि ; Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion. Note 2: Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed five years. Note 3: The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
