नजन्होंिे अपिी अहकि या पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के नलए निचार दकया जा रहा हो, 2. उप सनचि, इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचिा वहां उिके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी निचार प्रौद्योनिकी मंत्रालय -सदस्य; दकया जाएिा परंतु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहवक या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत 3. इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योनिकी अहकव या पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अनधक से या मंत्रालय से जभन्न भारत सरकार के मंत्रालय या दो िषि स,े इनमें से जो भी कम हो, कम न हो निभाि से उप सनचि -सदस्य। और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियो सजहत, जिन्होंने ऐसी अहकव या पात्रता सिे ा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपिी पट्ररिीिा की अिनध सफलतापूििक पूरी कर ली हो। ट्रटप्पण 2: इि नियमों की अनधसूचिा की तारीि पर नियनमत आधार पर पोर्क पिों को धारण करिे िाले व्यनियों के नलए पात्रता वही बनी रहिे ी। सीनमत निभािीय प्रनतयोजगता परीिा: इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योनिकी मंत्रालय म ें िेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के स्तर -7 (44900-142400 रुपये) म ें ऐसे सहायक अनुभाग अजधकारी और वैयजिक सहायक जिन्होंने पांच वर् व की नियनमत सेिा की ह ै और सुसंगत जवर्यक्षेत्र या क्षेत्र में दो सप्ताह का प्रनशिण सफलतापूििक पूरा दकया हो, तर्ा उनके पास जनणावयक तारीख को मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्र्ान से स्नातक जडग्री हो, इलेक्ट्रॉजनकी और सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय में अनुभाग अजधकारी, सीजमत जवभागीय प्रजतयोजगता परीक्षा जनयम, 2025 के उपबंधों के अनुसार आयोजित की िान े वाली सीजमत जवभागीय प्रजतयोजगता परीक्षा म ें भाग लेने के जलए पात्र होगा।4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) 2. जनिी सजचव। 27* (2025) साधारण केन्रीय सेिा, वेतन मैट्ररक्ट्स म ेंस्ट्तर – चयन। समूह ‘ख’, राजपनत्रत, 8 (. 47600- *कायिभार के आधार पर अनुसजचवीय। 151100 रु)। पररवतवन दकया िा सकता ह।ै 6. 7. 8. 9. लाग ूनहीं होता। लाग ूनहीं होता। लाि ू िहीं होता। लाग ूनहीं होता। (10) (11) (12) (13) (i) पचास प्रजतित प्रोन्नजत: समहू 'ख' निभािीय प्रोन्नजत सनमनत लाि ू िहीं प्रोन्नजत द्वारा; ट्रटप्पण 1: जहां ऐस ेकनिष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, नजन्होंिे अपिी अहकि या 2. उप सनचि, इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और पात्रता सेिा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के सूचिा प्रौद्योनिकी मंत्रालय नलए निचार दकया जा रहा हो, वहा ं - सदस्य; धारण दकए हए ह,ै या (ii) जिन्होंने मलू काडर या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्ट्स के स्ट्तर 6 (35400- 2. उप सनचि, इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचिा 112400 रु.) या समतुल्य म ेंजनयजमत प्रौद्योनिकी मंत्रालय आधार पर उस पि पर जनयुजि के -सदस्य; पश्चात भडं ार सहायक की पाचं वर्व की सेवा की ह;ै (ख) जिनके पास जनम्नजलजखत 3. इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योनिकी िैजक्षक आहतव ाएं और अनुभव हो, मंत्रालय से जभन्न भारत सरकार के अर्ावत:् - मंत्रालय या निभाि स े उप सजचव - (i) आवश्यकिः सदस्य। (क) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय या संस्ट्र्ान स े स्नातक जडग्री हो; SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT. – (1) THESE RULES MAY BE CALLED THE MINISTRY OF ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, NON-SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL (GROUP ‘B’ POSTS) RECRUITMENT RULES, 2025.18 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (दो) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Application. – These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Power to relax. – Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving. – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for persons belonging to the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, ex- servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
