समय -समय पर यर्ा (2) संयुि जिदेिक या समतुल्य जवजिजित सुसंगत जवषयक्षेत्र या क्षेत्र में दो स्ट्तर अजधकारी, मािकीकरण, सप्ताह का प्रजिक्षण परीक्षण और गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि सफलतापूवचक पूरा दकया जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्राजिकी और ह ै या वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय स्ट्तर-7 (44900- -सदस्ट्य; 1,42,400/-रू) में (3) मािकीकरण, परीक्षण और मािकीकरण, परीक्षण और गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि जिदेिालय से जिदेिालय में ऐसे जििी जभन्न दकसी मंत्रालय या जवभाग सजचव जिन्होंिे पांच से अवर सजचव या उपजिदेिक वषच की जियजमत सेवा या समतुल्य स्ट्तर अजधकारी की ह ै और समय- समय -सदस्ट्य। पर यर्ा जवजिजित सुसंगत जवषयक्षेत्र या समहू ‘ख’ जवभागीय पजु ष्ट क्षेत्र में दो सप्ताह का सजमजत (पजु ष्ट के स्बन्ध म ें प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूवचक जवचार करि े के जलए) जिसम ें पूरा दकया ह:ै जिम्नजलजखत सज्मजलत ह:ै परन्तु ऐसे जििी सजचव (1) वैज्ञाजिक ‘एफ’, जिन्होंिे दो वषच के मािकीकरण, परीक्षण और अवजध के जलये प्रिासि गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि जिदेिालय, अिुभाग में कायच दकया इलेक्ट्राजिकी और सूचिा हो और अिुभाग4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] अजधकारी के कतचव्यों का प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय जिवचहि दकया हो -अध्यक्ष; (प्रयोगिाला/केंद्र के जिदेिक द्वारा प्रमाजणत) (2) संयुि जिदेिक या समतुल्य ट्रटप्पण 1: प्रोन्नजत के स्ट्तर अजधकारी, मािकीकरण, जलए अिुभाग अजधकारी परीक्षण और गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि और पात्र जििी सजचवों जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्राजिकी और की संयुि ज्येष्ठता सूची सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय तैयार की िाएगी -सदस्ट्य; जिन्होंिे प्रिासि में कायच का दो वषच का 3. मािकीकरण, परीक्षण और अिुभव प्राप्त दकया ह ै गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि जिदेिालय से (और स्बंजधत जभन्न दकसी मंत्रालय या जवभाग प्रयोगिाला जिदेिक से अवर सजचव या उपजिदेिक द्वारा प्रमाजणत) और या समतुल्य स्ट्तर अजधकारी ज्येष्ठता उिकी स्बंजधत श्रेजणयों में जियजमत -सदस्ट्य। सेवा में उिके पदग्रहण की ताट्ररख से अवधाट्ररत की िाएगी। ट्रटप्पण 2: िहां ऐस े कजिष्ठ व्यजियों के स्बंध में, जिन्होंि े अपिी अहकच या पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रहा हो, वहां उिसे ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के स्बंध में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंतु यह तब िब दक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहकच या पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत अहकच / पात्रता सेवा के आधे से अजधक से या दो वषच से, इिमें से िो भी कम हो, कम ि हो और उन्होंिे अपिे ऐसे कजिष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, जिन्होंिे ऐसी अहकच या पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपिी पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध सफलतापूवचक पूरी कर ली हो। प्रजतजियजु ि: केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य सरकार/संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों/[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 पजललक सेक्ट्टर उपक्मों/स्ट्वािासी संगठिों के अजधकारी- (क)(i) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जियजमत आधार पर सदिृ पद धारण दकए हुए ह;ै या (ii) जिन्होंिे वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के स्ट्तर 8 (47600-151100/-रू) में उि पदों में दो वषच जियजमत सेवा की हो; या (iii) जिन्होंिे वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के स्ट्तर 7 (44900-142400/- रू) में उस पद में तीि वषच की जियजमत सेवा की हो; या (iv) जिन्होंिे वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के स्ट्तर 6 (35,400-1,12,400/- रू) में उस पद पर आठ वष च की जियजमत सेवा की हो; और (ख) मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से स्नातक की जडग्री। ट्रटप्पण 1: ऐस े जवभागीय अजधकारी, िो प्रोन्नजत की सीधी पंजि में ह,ैं प्रजतजियुजि पर जियुजि के जलए जवचार दकये िािे के पात्र िही होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्राजतजियुि व्यजि प्रोन्नजत द्वारा जियजु ि के जलए जवचार दकये िािे के पात्र िहीं होंगे । ट्रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजियुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगचत केन्द्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठि या जवभाग में इस जियुजि से ठीक पहले6 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पद पर प्रजतजियुजि की अवजध ह,ै साधारणतया तीि वषच से अजधक िहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण 3: प्रजतजियुजि पर जियुजि के जलये अजधकतम आयु सीमा आवेदि प्राप्त करिे की अंजतम ताट्ररख को 56 वषच से अजधक िही होगी। सिस्त्र बल कार्मकच ों के जलए प्रजतजियजुि/ पिु र्ियच ोिि: सिस्त्र बल के ऐसे कार्मचकों के स्बंध में भी प्रजतजियुजि के जलए जवचार दकया िाएगा, िो एक वषच की अवजध के भीतर सेवाजिवृत होिे वाले ह ैं या ट्ररिवच में स्ट्र्ािांतट्ररत दकये िाि े वाले ह ैं और जििके पास प्रजतजियुजि व्यजि के जलए जवजहत अहतच ाएं और अिुभव हैं। यदद ऐसे अजधकाट्ररयों का चयि हो िाता है, तो उन्ह ें उस तारीख तक प्रजतजियुजि के जिबंधिों पर रखा िाएगा जिस तारीख से उन्ह ें सिस्त्र बल से जिमुचि दकया िािा ह ै और तत्पिात, उन्ह ें पुिर्िचयोिि पर बिे रहिे ददया िा सकता ह ै। (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 2. अिुभाग 04* (2026) साधारण केंद्रीय वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स में स्ट्तर-7 चयि। लागू िही लागू िही होता। सेवा समूह ‘ख’ होता। अजधकारी। (44900-142400 रू )। *कायचभार के रािपजत्रत, आधार पर अिुसजचवीय। पट्ररवतचि दकया िा सकता ह ै।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 (8) (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) लागू िहीं लागू िहीं (i) प्रोन्नजत द्वारा, प्रोन्नजत: समहू ‘ख’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत लागू िहीं होता। होता। होता। जिसके ि हो वेति मैट्ररक्ट्स के स्ट्तर-6 सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत के स्बन्ध म ें सकिे पर (35400-112400/-रू) जवचार करि े के जलए) जिसम ें प्रजतजियुजि द्वारा; हो। (2) संयुि जिदेिक या समतुल्य ट्रटप्पण: िहााँ ऐसे कजिष्ठ स्ट्तर के अजधकारी मािकीकरण, व्यजियों के स्बंध में, परीक्षण और गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि जिन्होंिे अपिी अहकच या जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्रॉजिकी और पात्रता सेवा पूरी कर ली सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए -सदस्ट्य; जवचार दकया िा रहा हो, वहााँ उिके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के स्बंध में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंतु यह (3) मािकीकरण, परीक्षण और तब िब दक उसके द्वारा गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि जिदेिालय से की गई ऐसी अपेजक्षत जभन्न दकसी मंत्रालय या जवभाग अहकच या पात्रता सेवा, के से अवर सजचव या उपजिदेिक या समतुल्य स्ट्तर के अजधकारी आधे से अजधक से या दो वषच से, इिमे से िो भी - सदस्ट्य। कम हो, कम ि हो और उन्होिे अपिे ऐसे कजिष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, समहू ख ’जवभागीय पजु ष्ट सजमजत जिन्होंिे ऐसी अहकच या (पजु ष्ट पर जवचार करि े के जलए) पात्रता सेवा पहले ही जिम्नजलजखत सज्मजलत है: पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली (1) वैज्ञाजिक ‘एफ़’, उच्चतर श्रेणी में पदोन्नजत के जलए अपिी पट्ररवीक्षा मािकीकरण, परीक्षण और की अवजध सफलतापूवचक गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि जिदेिालय, पूरी कर ली हो। इ ल ेक्ट्रॉजिकी और सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय प्रजतजियजु ि: - अध्यक्ष; केन्द्रीय सरकार या राज्य (2) संयुि जिदेिक समतुल्य सरकार/संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों/ स्ट्तर के अजधकारी, मािकीकरण पजललक सेक्ट्टर के परीक्षण और गुणवत्ता प्रमाणि उपक्मों/स्ट्विासी जिदेिालय, इलेक्ट्रॉजिकी और संगठिों के अजधकारी- सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी मंत्रालय (क)(i) िो जियजमत - सदस्ट्य;
