हो और प्रिासन, स्ट्र्ापना और लेखा मामलों 2. संयुक्त जिकास आयक्तु (प्रिासन) या में िो सप्ताह की अिजध का प्रजििण जनिेिक या संयुक्त जनिेिक (प्रिासन), सफलतापूिाक पूरा दकया हो जिकास आयुक्त कायाालय (सूक्ष्म, लघ ु और मध्यम उद्यम) -सिस्ट्य; और ट्रटप्पणी : िहां कजनष्ठ अजधकाट्ररयों जिन्होंने अपनी अहका /पात्रता सेिा परू ी कर ली ह ै 3. संयुक्त जनिेिक, जिकास आयुक्त उनकी पिोन्नजत के जलए जिचार दकया िा रहा कायाालय (सूक्ष्म, लघ ु और मध्यम उद्यम) ह,ै उनस े िट्ररष्ठों पर भी जिचार दकया िाएगा - सिस्ट्य परंत ु यह तब िबदक उनके द्वारा की गई सेिा, अपेजित अहका /पात्रता सेिा के आधे स े अजधक या िो िषा स,े इसम ें स े िो भी कम हो, कम ना जिभागीय पुजष्ट सजमजत (पुजष्ट के जलए) हो और जिन्होंन े अपन े स े ऐस े कजनष्ठ व्यजक्तयों जिसमें जनम्नजलजखत होंग:े - सजहत उनकी उच्चतर श्रणे ी पर प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररिीिा की अिजध सफलतापूिाक परू ी 1. अपर जिकास आयुक्त, जिकास आयुक्त कर ली ह,ै जिन्होंन े ऐसी अहका /पात्रता सेिा कायाालय (सूक्ष्म, लघ ु और मध्यम उद्यम) पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह।ै -अध्यि; 2. जनिेिक या संयुक्त जनिेिक, जिकास प्रजतजनयुजक्त : आयुक्त कायाालय (सूक्ष्म, लघ ु और मध्यम उद्यम) - सिस्ट्य; और केंर सरकार या राज्य सरकार या केंर िाजसत 3. उप जनिेिक (प्रिासन), जिकास प्रिेि प्रिासन के तहत ऐसे अजधकारी, - आयुक्त (सूक्ष्म, लघ ु और मध्यम उद्यम) कायाालय – सिस्ट्य (क) (i) िो मूल संिगा या जिभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण दकए हुए हो; या (ii) मूल संिगा या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैट्ररक्स या समकि म ें स्ट्तर-9 (53100-167800/- रुपय)े में जनयजमत आधार पर उस पि पर जनयुजक्त के पश्चात् उस श्रेणी म ें िो िषा की जनयजमत सेिा की हो; या (iii) मूल संिगा या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैट्ररक्स या समकि म ें स्ट्तर-8 (47600-151100/- रुपय)े में जनयजमत आधार पर उस पि पर जनयुजक्त के4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] पश्चात ् उस श्रेणी म ें चार िषा की जनयजमत सेिा की हो; या (iv) मूल संिगा या जिभाग म ें िेतन मैट्ररक्स या समकि म ें स्ट्तर-7 (44900-112400/- रुपय)े म ें जनयजमत आधार पर उस पि पर जनयुजक्त के पश्चात ् उस श्रेणी में पााँच िषा की जनयजमत सेिा की हो; और (ख) जिनके पास जनम्नजलजखत िैजिक योग्यता और अनुभि हो: - 1. दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्र्ान स ेस्नातक की जडग्री; 2. प्रिासन या स्ट्र्ापना या लेखा मामलों म ें तीन िषा का अनुभि। ट्रटप्पण 1: फीडर िगा के ऐसे जिभागीय अजधकारी, िो पिोन्नजत की सीधी पंजक्त में ह,ै िे प्रजतजनयुजक्त पर जनयुजक्त के जिचारार्ा पात्र नहीं होंगे। इसी प्रकार, प्रजतजनयुक्त अजधकारी पिोन्नजत द्वारा जनयुजक्त के जिचारार्ा पात्र नहीं होंगे। ट्रटप्पण 2: प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध (प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध सजहत), केन्रीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जिभाग में इस जनयुजक्त से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य संिग ा बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजक्त की अिजध, साधारणतया तीन िष ा स े अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण 3: प्रजतजनयुजक्त द्वारा जनयुजक्त के जलए अजधकतम सीमा आिेिन प्राप्त करने की अंजतम तारीख को 56 िष ा से अजधक नहीं होगी। [फा. स.ं ए-12035/04/2023-ए(पीएंडटी)] गौरि कट्रटयार, संयुक्त जनििे क (प्रिा.)[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 MINISTRY OF MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES (Office of the Development Commissioner) (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th March, 2024 G.S.R. 224(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, and in supersession of the Ministry of Industry, Small Industries Development Organisation Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ Posts Recruitment Rules, 2000, in so far as they relates to the post of Assistant Director Grade-I (General Administrative Division), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of the Assistant Director Grade-I (General Administrative Division) in the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organisation, Assistant Director Grade-I (General Administrative Division), Group 'A' post, Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classification, level in pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc.– The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 4. Disqualification.– No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person; shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to Relax.– Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and in consultation with the Union Public Service Commission, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Saving – Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard. Note 1: The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
