proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs
Notification number G.S.R.840, dated the 13th July, 1959, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi
is pleased to make the following amendment in the Notification No.CEO/Admn/106 (13)/RRs/MTS/2018/54615-21
dated 26th August, 2019 published in the Delhi Gazette Extraordinary dated 26th August, 2019, namely:-
(1) In the schedule annexed to the said notification for the existing entry under Column No. 6 (Age limit for direct
recruits) the following shall be substituted, namely:-
Age limit for direct recruits.

Between 18 and 25 years.
Between 18-27 years in the case of recruitment made through Staff Selection Commission or any other similar
recruitment agencies.
Note-1: The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be as advertised by the Delhi Subordinate Services
Selection Board/Competent Authority.
Note-2: In the case of recruitment made through the employment exchange, the crucial date for determining the age
limit shall be the last date upto which the employment exchange is asked to submit the names.
(2) And, in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the existing entry under Column No. 12 (If a
Departmental Promotion Committee exists, what is its composition.) the following shall be substituted,
