या (ख) जिसन े अपन े पजत या अपनी पत्नी के िीजित रहत े हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जििाह दकया ह ै या जििाह की संजििा की ह,ै उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा : परन्त ु यदि केन्द्रीय सरकार का यह समाधान हो िाता ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह ऐसे व्यजि और जििाह के अन्य पक्षकार को लागू स्ट्िीय जिजध के अधीन अनुज्ञेय ह ै और ऐसा करन े के जलए अन्य आधार ह ैं तो िह दकसी व्यजि को इस जनयम के प्रितवन से छूट िे सकेगी । 5. जिजथल करन े की िजि-िहां केन्द्रीय करकार की यह राय ह ै दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक या समीचीन ह,ै िहां िह उसके जलए िो कारण ह ैं उन्ह ें लेखबद्ध करके, इन जनयमों के दकसी उपबंध को दकसी िगव या प्रिगव के व्यजियों की बाबत, आिेि द्वारा जिजथल कर सकेगी । 6. व्यािजृ त्त-इन जनयमों की कोई बात, ऐसे आरक्षण, आयु-सीमा में छूट और अन्य ट्ररयायतों पर प्रभाि नहीं डालगे ी, जिनका केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध में समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आििे ों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, अन्य जपछडे िगों, भूतपूि व सैजनकों और अन्य जििेष प्रिग व के व्यजियों के जलए उपबंध करना अपेजक्षत ह।ै अनसु चू ी पि का नाम । पिों की सख्ं या । िगीकरण । िते न मट्रै रक्स म ें चयन या अचयन सीध ेभती दकए िान ेिाले स्ट्तर । पि । व्यजियों के जलए आय-ु सीमा । (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) आिुजलजपक श्रेणी-ll 07* (2024) साधारण िेतन मैट्ररक्स म ें लाग ूनहीं होता । 18 और 27 िषव के बीच केन्द्रीय सेिा, स्ट्तर-4 (25500- (केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा *कायवभार के आधार पर समूह ‘ग’ 81100/-रु.) समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए अनुििे ों या आििे ों के पट्ररितवन दकया िा अरािपजत्रत, अनुसार जिभागीय सकता ह ै। अनुसजचिीय अभ्यर्थवयों के जलए, साधारणअभ्यर्थवयों की ििा में जिजथल करके चालीस िष व तक और अनुसूजचत िनिाजत के अभ्यर्थवयों की ििा में पैंतालीस िषव तक िा सकती ह।ै ) ट्रटप्पण:-आयु सीमा अिधाट्ररत करने के जलए जनणावयक तारीख िह होगी िो कमवचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा जिज्ञाजपत की िाए।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 सीध ेभती दकए िान ेिाले व्यजियों सीध ेभती दकए िान े पट्ररिीक्षा की अिजध, भती की पद्धजत, भती सीध ेहोगी या के जलए अपजे क्षत िजै क्षक और अन्य िाल ेव्यजियों के जलए यदि कोई हो । प्रोन्नजत द्वारा या प्रजतजनयजुि / आमले न अहतव ाएं । जिजहत आय ुऔर द्वारा तथा जिजभन्न पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी िजै क्षक अहतव ाएं प्रोन्नत िान ेिाली ट्ररजियों की प्रजतितता । व्यजियों की ििा म ें लाग ूहोंगी या नहीं । (7) (8) (9) (10) (i) मान्यताप्राप्त बोडव से 12िीं लागू नहीं होता । िो िषव । कमवचारी चयन आयोग के माध्यम से सीधी भती द्वारा। कक्षा उत्तीणव । ट्रटप्पण: सीधे भती दकए (ii) कौिल परीक्षण िाने िाले व्यजियों के ट्रटप्पण:पिधारी के प्रजतजनयुजि या जलए, केद्रीय सरकार लम्बी बीमारी या अध्ययन छुट्टी या मानक: द्वारा यथाजिजहत दकसी अन्य पट्ररजस्ट्थजत में एक िषव या श्रुतलेख: 80 िब्ि प्रजत जमनट की पट्ररिीक्षा के सफलता- अजधक अिजध के जलए ट्ररजियां, केंद्रीय िर से िस जमनट। पूिवक पूरा दकये िाने सरकार के ऐसे अजधकाट्ररयों में से प्रजतजनयुजि के आधार पर भरी िा प्रजतलेखन: की कम से कम िो सकेंगी सप्ताह की अिजध का पचास जमनट (अंग्रेिी) अजनिायव प्रिेि (क) िो मूल काडर या जिभाग में पैंसठ जमनट (हहिं ी) प्रजिक्षण सफलतापूिवक जनयजमत आधार पर सििृ पि धारण (केिल कंप्यूटर पर) पूरा दकया िाना दकए हुए हैं; (प्रजि.)] अजनल कुमार, उप सजचि (प्रजि.)4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (Department of Official Language) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2024 G.S.R. 460(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language, Central Hindi Training Institute/ Hindi Teaching Scheme, Stenographer (Grade-II) Recruitment Rules, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the post of Stenographer Grade-II in the Central Hindi Training Institute/ Hindi Teaching Scheme, Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language, Central Hindi Training Institute and Hindi Teaching Scheme, Stenographer Grade-II (Group ‘C’ Post) Recruitment Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Number of post, classifications and level in pay matrix.-The number of the said post, its classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 3. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications, etc..-The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications and other matters relating to the said post shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said Schedule. 4. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule. 5. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 6. Savings.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, the ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
