या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से जसजिल या यांजत्रक[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 इंिीजियरी में तीि िष ा का जडप्लोमा के साथ काठ काया क्षेत्र म ेंदो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) काठ काया क्षेत्र म ें तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा बढ़ई व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण- पत्र। 3. दिटर: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ दिटटंग या असेम्बमलंग क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में तीि िष ा का जडप्लोमा के साथ दिटटंग या असेम्बमलंग क्षेत्र म ेंदो िष ा का अिभु ि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा तथा प्रिीति और एयर िातािुकूल क्षेत्र म ेंदो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) प्रिीति और िातािुकूल के क्षेत्र में तीि िष ा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त मैकेजिक प्रिीति और िातािुकूल व्यिसाय म ें राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र । 5. चादरी धातु कमाकार: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक या धातुकमा या उत्पादि इंिीजियरी या मेक्ट्रोजिक्ट्स म ें स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ चादरी धात ु या संजिरचि क्षेत्र म ेंएक िष ा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से यांजत्रक या धातुकम ा इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ संचि या ढ़लाई क्षेत्र में दो िष ाका अिुभि; या (iii) संचि या ढ़लाई क्षेत्र में तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त ढ़लाईकार व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र। । 7. मोटर मैकेजिक याि या मोटर चालि मैकेजिकः (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े व्यािसाजयक या ऑटोमोबाइल या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े ऑटोमोबाइल या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा या उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में दो िष ाका अिुभि; या (iii) ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त मैकेजिक मोटर याि व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 8. मैकेजिक डीिल : (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से ऑटोमोबाइल या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी (ऑटोमोबाइल म ें जििेषज्ञता) में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र म ें एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स ेऑटोमोबाइल या यांजत्रक (ऑटोमोबाइल म ेंजििषे ज्ञता) में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा या उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त मैकेजिक डीिल के व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 9. मैकेजिक रैक्ट्टरः (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 7 अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े व्यािसाजयक या कृजष इंिीजियरी या ऑटोमोबाइल या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी (ऑटोमोबाइल में जििेषज्ञता सजहत) में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिभु ि; या (ii) तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े कृजष इंिीजियरी या ऑटोमोबाइल या मैकेजिकल इंिीजियटरंग (ऑटोमोबाइल म ें जििेषज्ञता सजहत) में तीि िष ा का जडप्लोमा या उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ ऑटोमोट्रटि क्षेत्र में दो िषा के अिुभि; या (iii) आरेखण कायाालय या िक्ट्िाििीस (यांजत्रक) क्षेत्र म ेंतीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त िक्ट्िाििीस यांजत्रक के व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र। 11. िक्ट्िाििीस (जसजिल): (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या जसजिल इंिीजियरी म ें स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ आरेखण कायाालय या िक्ट्िाििीस (जसजिल) क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से जसजिल इंिीजियरी में तीि िषा के जडप्लोमा के साथ आरेखण कायाालय या िक्ट्िाििीस (जसजिल) क्षेत्र म ें दो िष ा का अिुभि; या (iii) आरेखण कायाालय म ें तीि िष ा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त िक्ट्िाििीस जसजिल व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र। 12. कमािाला पट्ररकलि और जिज्ञाि: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या इंिीजियरी म ें8 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ कमिा ाला पट्ररकलि और जिज्ञाि जिक्षण म ें एक िष ा का अिुभि; या (ii) तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िष ा का जडप्लोमा या उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ कमािाला पट्ररकलि और जिज्ञाि जिक्षण में दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) कमािाला पट्ररकलि और जिज्ञाि जिक्षण में तीि िषा के अिभु ि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त दकसी भी इंिीजियरी व्यिसाय म ें राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 13. यंत्र मैकेजिक: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकनीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यंत्रीकरण या यंत्रीकरण और जियंत्रण इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ यंत्रीकरण क्षेत्र में एक िषा के अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से यंत्रीकरण या यंत्रीकरण और जियंत्रण इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा या उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ यत्रं ीकरण क्षेत्र म ें दो िष ा का अिुभि; या (iii) यंत्रीकरण क्षेत्र में तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त यंत्रीकरण मैकेजिक व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 14. औिार और ठप्पा बिाि ेिाला: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी म ें स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ औिार इंिीजियरी या औिार और ठप्पा बिाि े िाले क्षेत्र म ेंएक िष ा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से औिार और ठप्पा बिाि े िाले म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा तथा औिार इंिीजियरी या औिार और ठप्पा बिाि े िाल े क्षेत्र में दो िष ाका अिुभि; या (iii) औिार इंिीजियरी या औिार और ठप्पा बिािे िाले क्षेत्र में तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त औिार और ठप्पा बिािेिाला व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 15. अिरु क्षण जमलराइट या मकै ेजिक मिीि औिार अिरु क्षण: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 9 इंिीजियरी म ें स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ मिीि औिार अिरु क्षण क्षेत्र में एक िष ा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ मिीि औिार अिुरक्षण क्षेत्र म ेंदो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) मिीि औिार अिरु क्षण क्षेत्र में तीि िषा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा मैकेजिक मिीि औिार अिुरक्षण के व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 16. मिीिजमस्त्री पषे णक: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ पेषण क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ पषे ण क्षेत्र म ेंदो िष ा का अिुभि; या (iii) पेषण क्षेत्र म ेंतीि िष ा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त मिीिजमस्त्री पेषणक के व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 17. टिार: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ टर्ििंग या मिीमिंग क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ टर्ििंग या मिीमिंग क्षेत्र म ेंदो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) टर्ििंग या मिीिरी क्षेत्र म ें तीि िष ा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त टिार व्यिासाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 18. मिीिजमस्त्री: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ मिीमिगं क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े यांजत्रक इंिीजियरी म ें तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ मिीमिंग क्षेत्र म ेंदो िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े रासायजिक प्रौद्योजगकी या इंिीजियरी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र में दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) रसायि संयंत्रक्षेत्र में तीि िषा का अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त पट्ररचर प्रचालक (रसायि संयंत्र) के व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 20. अिरु क्षण मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्र: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या रसायि तकिीकी या इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से रसायि प्रोद्योजगकी या इंिीजियरी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र में दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्रक्षेत्र में तीि िष ा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त अिुरक्षण मैकेजिक (रसायि सयं ंत्र) के व्यिसाय म ें राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 21. यंत्र मैकेजिक रसायि संयत्रं : (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या रसायि या प्रोद्योजगकी या यंत्रीकरण या प्रदक्रया जियंत्रण यंत्रीकरण में स्नातक की जडग्री और यंत्र मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े रसायि या यंत्रीकरण या प्रदक्रया जियंत्रण यंत्रीकरण या इंिीजियरी या प्रोद्योजगकी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा और यंत्र मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र में दो िष ाका अिुभि; या (iii) यंत्र मैकेजिक रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र म ें तीि िषा के अिभु ि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिजक्षता[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 11 प्रमाण-पत्र। 22. प्रयोगिाला सहायक रसायि संयंत्र: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या रसायि या पेरो रसायि या प्रोद्योजगकी या इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ प्रयोगिाला सहायक रसायि संयंत्रक्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से रसायि या पेरो रसायि प्रौद्योजगकी या इंिीजियरी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ प्रयोगिाला सहायक रसायि संयंत्रक्षेत्र में दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) प्रयोगिाला सहायक रसायि संयंत्र क्षेत्र म ें तीि िष ा के अिभु ि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रयोगिाला सहायक (रसायि संयंत्र) व्यिसाय में राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र। 23. कटाई और जसलाई या जसलाई प्रौद्योजगकी: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या िैिि और पट्ररधाि प्रौद्योजगकी में स्नातक की जडग्री, कटाई और जसलाई या पट्ररधाि बिािा या िस्त्र बिािा क्षेत्र में एक िषा का अिभु ि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकनीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े पट्ररधाि जिमाणा तकनीकी या िेिभूषा जडिाइि और पट्ररधाि बिािा म ें (न्यूितम दो िषा) जडप्लोमा कटाई और जसलाई या पट्ररधाि बिािा या िस्त्र बिािा क्षेत्र म ेंदो िष ा का अिुभि; या (iii) कटाई और जसलाई या पट्ररधाि बिािा या िस्त्र बिािा क्षत्रे म ें तीि िष ा का अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त जसलाई प्रौद्योजगकी (कटाई और जसलाई परु ािी िाम पद्धजत) के व्यापार में राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र। 24. कंप्यूटर प्रचालक और प्रोग्राममंग सहायक: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या कंप्यूटर जिज्ञाि या सूचिा तकिीकी म ें स्नातक जडग्री तथा कंप्यूटर प्रचालि और प्रोग्राममंग क्षेत्र म ें एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से कंप्यूटर जिज्ञाि या सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा या ‘ए’ स्ट्तर के जडप्लोमा या सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी, िेटिर्किंग और क्ट्लाउड कंप्यूटटंग में उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ कंप्यूटर प्रचालि और प्रोग्राममंग क्षेत्र म ें दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) कंप्यूटर प्रचालि और प्रोग्राममगं क्षेत्र में तीि िषा का अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय12 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षतु ा प्रमाण-पत्र। 25. सौर तकिीजियि: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या जिद्युत या जिद्युत और इलैक्ट्रॉजिकी इंिीजियरी में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ सौर तकिीक क्षेत्र म ें एक िषा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि स े जिद्युत या जिद्युत और इलैक्ट्रॉजिकी इंिीजियरी म ेंतीि िषा का जडप्लोमा के साथ सौर तकिीक क्षेत्र में दो िषा का अिुभि; या (iii) सौर तकिीक क्षेत्र म ें तीि िष ा के अिुभि के साथ राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा प्रदत्त राष्ट्रीय व्यिसाय प्रमाण-पत्र या राष्ट्रीय जिक्षुता प्रमाण-पत्र। 26. कंप्यूटर हाडािेयर और िेटिका अिुरक्षण: (i) जिश्वजिद्यालय अिुदाि आयोग या अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से व्यािसाजयक या कंप्यूटर जिज्ञाि या आईटी या इलैक्ट्रॉजिकी और संचार में स्नातक की जडग्री के साथ, कंप्यूटर हाडािेयर और िेटिका अिुरक्षण क्षेत्र में एक िष ा का अिुभि; या (ii) अजखल भारतीय तकिीकी जिक्षा पट्ररषद या तकिीकी जिक्षा बोडा या राष्ट्रीय व्यािसाजयक जिक्षा और प्रजिक्षण पट्ररषद द्वारा अिुमोददत दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जिश्वजिद्यालय या संस्ट्थाि से कंप्यूटर जिज्ञाि या सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी में तीि िषा का जडप्लोमा सूचिा प्रौद्योजगकी, िेटिर्किंग और क्ट्लाउड कंप्यूटटंग म ें ‘ए’ स्ट्तर का जडप्लोमा या उन्नत जडप्लोमा (व्यािसाजयक) के साथ कंप्यूटर हाडािेयर और िेटिका अिरु क्षण क्षेत्र म ें दो िषा के अिुभि;
