**Impact Analysis**
**Junior Secretariat Assistants (JSAs) at DUSIB**
**Impact**
JSAs gain a defined career progression path to the Senior Secretariat Assistant level. Those with three years of service can attempt the LDCE, while those with six years of service are eligible for seniority-based promotion.
**Action Required**
JSAs seeking advancement must ensure they meet the minimum regular service requirements and, if interested in the 25% quota, prepare for the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination.
**DUSIB Administration / Departmental Promotion Committee**
**Impact**
The administration is now mandated to fill 238 posts according to the new 75:25 ratio between promotion and LDCE. It formalizes the composition of the committee responsible for overseeing these appointments.
**Action Required**
The Board must constitute the DPC as per the specified structure and initiate the process for conducting the LDCE and evaluating promotion eligibility for existing JSAs.
**Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC)**
**Impact**
The "Saving" clause ensures that existing reservation policies, age relaxations, and other concessions provided by the Central Government remain unaffected by these new rules.
**Action Required**
Candidates from these categories should provide valid documentation to claim benefits during the promotion or LDCE process.
