No. BOD & GO/VKK/155.—Reference to the Notice No. 182, dated 02.05.2017 regarding
the General Meeting of Shareholders for election of Directors scheduled to be held on 15.06.2017.
The last date advised in the said notice for submission of Nomination Form and the format of
the Declaration and Undertaking is extended to 29th May, 2017 by 3.00 pm (closing time) as against
24th May, 2017 by 5:00 pm (closing time) notified earlier.
All other conditions/details stipulated in the notice referred above remain unchanged.
