“In the circumstances stated by the General Manager, District Industries Centre, Chengalpattu / Official Liquidator of
the Rajiv Gandhi Transport Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND.No.1721 (Under Liquidation), Chengalpattu
in the final closure proposal dated. 20.03.2024 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of
Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the affairs of the Rajiv Gandhi Transport Drivers Industrial Co-operative
Society Ltd., IND.No.1721 (Under Liquidation), Chengalpattu have been finally closed and the registration of the
Rajiv Gandhi Transport Drivers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND.No.1721 (Under Liquidation), Chengalpattu has
been ordered to be cancelled with effect from 21.08.2024 vide Proceedings L.F.No.747/1CA/1989, dated 21.08.2024 of
the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives, Chennai-32".

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

1. In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and
Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94
Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in
Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural land use zone into Residential use zone ordered in
G.O.(2D)No.293, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 15.06.2024 subject to conditions
the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said
act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification
No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of
Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Pappampatti Village, Page No. 380 the following S.F.No: 72/2B1
entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential use zone” the expression S.F.No. 72/2B1 shall be added after the entry
S.F.Nos: 63 to 70.
Under the heading “Agricultural use zone” the expression S.F.No: 72 shall be deleted the S.F.No: 72
(Except 72/2B1) shall be substituted.

Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers
of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Samalapuram Village Page Nos. 353 to 355 the following
S.F.Nos: 427/2A1, 427/2A2, 427/2B2 and 427/2B4 entry should be made.
Under the heading “Residential use zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 427/2A1, 427/2A2, 427/2B2 and 427/2B4 shall
be added after the entry S.F. No.426.
Under the heading “Agricultural use zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 427 to 431 shall be deleted the S.F.No. 427
(Except 427/2A1, 427/2A2, 427/2B2 and 427/2B4), 428 to 431 shall be substituted.

entries should be made.
Under the heading “Residential MR-20 use Zone” the expression S.F.Nos. 220/3B1, shall be added after the entry
S.F. Nos. 147 to 152.
Under the heading “Agricultural (AG 45) use zone” the expression S.F.Nos: 216 to 222 shall be deleted the
S.F. No: 216 to 219, 220, (Except 220/3B1), 221 to 222 shall be substituted.

337/1B, 337/2A1, 337/2A2, 337/2B1A, 337/2B1B, 337/2B1C, 338/1A, 338/1B, 338/1C, 338/2, 339, 371/2B1, 371/2B2,
371/2B3 and 371/2B4 entry should be made.
Under the heading “Residential MR-23 use zone” the expression S.F.Nos.322/2A, 322/2B, 322/3B, 323/1A1, 323/1B1,
323/1B2, 324/1A1, 324/1A2, 329/1A2B, 335/2B, 335/2C, 335/3A, 335/3B, 336/2, 337/1A, 337/1B, 337/2A1, 337/2A2,
337/2B1A, 337/2B1B, 337/2B1C, 338/1A, 338/1B, 338/1C, 338/2, 339, 371/2B1, 371/2B2, 371/2B3 and 371/2B4 shall
be added after the entry S.F.Nos: 310 to 315.
Under the heading“Agricultural AG-58 use zone” the expression S.F.Nos: 316 to 326 shall be deleted. The
S.F.Nos:316 to 321, 322 (Except 322/2A, 322/2B, 322/3B),323(Except323/1A1,323/1B1,323/1B2),324 (Except 324/1A1,
324/1A2), 325 to 326 shall be substituted. The expression S.F.Nos: 328 to 387 shall be deleted. The S.F.Nos:328,329
(Except 329/1A2B),330 to 334, 335 (Except 335/2B, 335/2C, 335/3A, 335/3B),336 (Except 336/2) 337 (Except 337/1A,

Variation to the Approved Karur Plan for the Karur Local Planning Area

No. VI(1)/595/2024.
1) In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning
Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential Use Zone
is ordered vide G.O. (2Pa) No: 195, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(CLU-1)) Department dated: 07.06.2024.
2) In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(MS) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1))
Department dated: 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Karur Local Planning Authority
which was Review approved under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 237, Housing and Urban Development'[UD4(2)]
Department dated: 01.11.2010 and in Notification No: II(2)HOU/700/2010 at page No: 815, of Part II—Section 2, of
the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 24.11.2010.
Variation
In the said Review Approved Karur Master Plan, in the land use schedule, under the heading in Agricultural use
in Atchimangalam Village at Page No: 81 with regard S.F.Nos 27/2, 28/1A1A1B, 29/1B the following entries should
be made;
Against the entry Agricultural use zone S.Nos. 25 to 31 shall be deleted and S.Nos.25 to 31 (except 27/2,
28/1A1A1B, 29/1B) shall be inserted.
Against the entry Residential use zone S.Nos. 27/2, 28/1A1A1B, 29/1B shall be inserted before S.Nos.33.

Development [UD(4-1)] Department,Dated.12.06.2009, which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette
No.27, Part II—Section-2, Dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone Conversion from Agriculture use zone into Special and Hazardous use zone ordered in G.O.(2U).
No.175 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department, Dated: 07.06.2024. The following variations
are made to the Review Consented Master Plan Thiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area under the said act and
published in the G.O.Ms.No.133 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, Dated 21.04.2005 which has
been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.17, Page No.210, Part-VI, Section -1 Dated. 11.05.2011.
Variation
In the Review Consented Thiruvarur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey
numbers of Tiruvarur Composite Local Planning Area under heading in Village number 36. Alivalam Page No: 94 in
S.F.No.22 to 24 the following entries shall be made.
Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (Ag 29), instead of the expression "S.F.No.22 to 24, the following
expression "22pt,23pt and 24" (except 22/1 and 23/2B) shall be substituted.
Under the Newly inserted Heading Special and Hazardous use zone. the expression"S.F.No 22/1 and 23/2B"
shall be added.
Conditions:
1. Necessary NOC have to be received from ONGC for using the ONGC Road as approach Road, before
carrying developments.
2. Development works has to be carried out as per TNCD&BR 2019.

No.323 Housing and Urban Development (UD4 (CLU-1) Department dated 23.11.2023. The following variations are
made to the Master Plan of Sanctioned Udumalpettai Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in
the G.O.Ms.No.230 Housing and Urban Development (UDIV(2) dated 19.02.1991 Notification No. OCTOBER - 2013
at supplementary -2 of the Tamil Nadu Governement Gazette.

In the Sanctioned Udumalpettai Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey Numbers of
Udumalaipettai Local Planning Area under heading in EDUCATIONAL USE ZONE Mixed Residential Zone USE ZONE
Udumalpet Village page No. 53 the following entries should be made.
(i) Against the entry of No. 73. Udumalpet Municipality under the heading in Educational USE ZONE E1.
the Expression T.S.No.11 part.
